Confident Body, Confident Child was developed by Dr Susan Paxton at La Trobe University. It is a program focused on body image and healthy eating, and covers the following topics:

Participants also receive a resources pack with information to take home, expanding on issues discussed in the session.
The session is for parents only. The content and method are pitched at adult level, with information and learning that parents can implement at home and do with their kids. It wouldn’t be appropriate for kids to attend the session and be privy to some of the things discussed.
